This policy explains how we process the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

2. Data we process
- Quote form: name, company, email, phone, region, label specifications, message and, if attached, your artwork file.
- Contact form: name, email, phone (optional) and message.
- Security data: to prevent form abuse we temporarily store an encrypted identifier (hash) of your IP address, which cannot be reversed to the original IP, for up to 24 hours.
3. Purposes and legal basis

We do not use your data for advertising, automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Retention
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request. If no business relationship follows, we delete it within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and the applicable legal periods.
Files you attach are sent to our mailbox and deleted from the web server immediately afterwards.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless legally required. We use the following processor, under the contractual safeguards required by the GDPR:
- Hostinger International Ltd. — web hosting and email, with servers in the European Union.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing ventas@greenlabelsl.es. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS encryption across the site, forms protected against automated submissions, files stored outside public areas of the server and restricted access to information.
